I love curves and I want to keep mine but I also want to tone and get definition. Mostly inspiration pics, quotes, and workouts. Some of the pictures are ones that I have saved before I made a tumblr so I couldn't reblog or give credit. I do not own any of the pictures on this blog unless I say I do.

But basically, I’ve been brought up with the idea that you should drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. So if you’re not up for the trouble of calculating, just aim to consume at least 8 glasses of water each day. Water can also be in the form of soups and fruits e.g: watermelon, etc

Hiiii! I’m Sydney and I’m 19! I’m a ballerina and I’ve always gotten shit for my body type. I’m not sure exaaactly what my measurements are but I’m a size 4. Before you hate on me, please know that I’m a size 4 from the waist up, but I’ve got very serious hips and thighs. It’s taken me a very, very long time (try my entire life) to accept them. I can’t quite use the word love yet but I’m working on it! I love everyone’s bodies, though! Bodies rock! Follow back if you’re so inclined! <3
